Here, we will Share about Meditation – Then, we will Feel & Practice Meditations techniques that have the potential to Heal and Empower us. This will allow us to Connect Deeper to our Inner -and- Outer World.

(Scroll down – or click here for meditations techniques, illustrations & videos !)

Meditation– Focusing our Attention to one, specific Intention.

This means that Meditation can be practiced everywhere, at any time (yes, even standing up, in the middle of a crowded metro can accomplish wonders if your attention and intention are right).

So, how does one start meditating?

Well, first of all, setting an intention is primordial – and the best thing is, it can be any intention.

Meditations can be categorized into 3 different states of awareness.

1. ‘’Focused attention’’ meditations

Focusing our attention on one specific intention during our entire meditation session. This object may be our breath, a mantra (sound), a part of our body, a visualization, an external factor, … These meditations can greatly increase our will power, concentration, and much more.

2. ‘’Open observation’’ meditations

Here, we keep an open mind, and observe all aspects of our experience and senses, without judgment or attachment. All perceptions, may they be internal (thoughts, feelings, memory, etc.) or external (sound, smell, etc.), are observed and acknowledged for what they are, without us going deeper or reacting to them.

3. ‘’Effortless Presence’’ meditation

Simply put, this meditation is a state of Pure Being. Feeling Emptiness, -or, oppositely- Realizing that we are One with All that is. It is a feeling of non-ego, of Oneness. Pretty hard to describe, but if you achieve that state, you will understand that state of Being, of Feeling .

So, ask yourself what do you want to get out of meditation?

Would you rather Feel Energized, with a sharp and confident mind?

Or, would you rather Feel Calm, relaxed and passive to situations?

Once you know your intention, focus on it and wisely choose the appropriate meditation.

Here is a general list of intentions for different meditations:

  • To Create space for our mind–  Firstly, let’s ‘listen’, ’observe’ and Feel our feelings, emotions and thoughts, in a very understanding and open way. Let’s not judge, or resist anything that comes to our mind. Only when we feel that we have listened, observed and felt enough, can we shift our priority to the intention of creating space and silence for our mind, by thinking about nothing. – Stillness & Emptiness.

Note : It is normal to have thoughts emerging from times to times ! The key is to realize that our mind is not an enemy. It is our friend ! Each time a thought pops up – whether it be positive or negative – let’s understand that our mind is trying to show us what we can work on. It will continue to bring up to the surface a thought where we have a conscious or subconscious blockage at.

  • To Feel– by simply feeling what we can and want to feel. I love doing this meditation intention in showers, rivers, when it’s raining or opposite, when there is pure sunshine. There is so much to Feel, as a human being ! And those feelings can come through (but are not limited to) the five basic human senses, and our creativity/imagination. Music is a great way to Feel, just like tasting is ! Yoga is worth mentioning here too, as it it a great way to feel our body.
  • To Realize and Feel one of the best feelings Humans can feel (Joy, Love, Gratitude and Self-Realization)– In this intention meditation, let’s Feel Gratitude on All we have accomplished so far, what we have learned, shared, gave.  Who we are, and what we are yet to create and accomplish. How everything we went through in this Life has brought us exactly to this amazing Moment. Being joyful of the person we have become.
  • To connect with our Higher Self, Spirit Guides, Guardians– I personally Know that I (all of us) am always connected to my Higher Soul, and it is such a great feeling and realization. I also Know that my Spirit Guardians and Watchers are here to help me, and sometimes advise me on things to do – or not. For me, their messages and guidance comes through my intuition, which I try my best to follow. Let’s open ourselves to Higher Energies, embodying their, our Wisdom.
  • To Connect with Nature Spirits and Elements– Whenever a fire is created, or whenever any elements, trees are around us,we can try and connect with it, or at least share Energy with it. The elements – Water, Earth, Fire, Air, Spirit are amazing and can be transcendental to connect with. By the simplest act of observing their flow, their Beauty, we are connecting ourselves to their attributes and virtues. Connecting and feeling the water of rivers (or the water we shower with) ; walking barefoot and feeling mother Earth, gazing at a fire, … the list goes on. All can be deeply grounding, spiritual meditations !
  • To gain insight on what I am about to do –The last few months, and years, whenever I had the chance to try out something new – recently, instruments – , I try to visualize and  gain insight and knowledge about how to play this instrument. I simply try to feel all of what the best instruments player knew, and try to visualize these knowings and talents as energy forms, and these energy forms entering my Energy body. And then, I play.  Surprisingly, it sounds pretty good (to me at least !). As everything is Interconnected, we can connect to various & infinite energies – our mind is the only limit !
  • To align the Universal patterns in my favor  – Whenever I have time, especially before going out, when I know that I need to do this, to get that, etc.. I take few minutes to set my vibrations to attract what I need/want. I believe that what we seek is seeking us. Interestingly enough, a lot of the times, what I need/want comes to me in very subtle ways. This is the law of attraction at play.
  • To try to ‘see’ beyond our World– For this intention, I would like to share that imagination, visualization, intuition and open-mindedness are keys. Other people call it ”out of body experience”. Please be aware to be mind and energetically protected, because what we can see, witness, experience can be a simple produce of our imagination, – or – it could be a Reality that goes beyond our comprehension.

So, get comfortable, focus on an intention you feel like, and try to remain aware of your intent.

To help you further, there are ways and tips to attain deeper awareness and concentration.

  • Visualization techniques– I often do visualization meditation, and I love it so much, because I can truly feel what I am visualizing, and in all sincerity, I know that part of my visualizations (which are hard to describe with our current vocabulary) are actually what is happening to the Energy around me. We are all Powerful, in our own unique ways !
  • Guided Meditation– I have experienced several guided meditation, and whilst it works well for me and others, it all depends on our personal intention, and the one of the guided meditation. If our intention on meditating is to harness Energy and feel energetic, but the one of the guided meditation is to feel relaxed and calm, then our intention might not be fulfilled.
  • Breathing techniques– I used to be hypo ventilating (still sometimes doing it, when I am not aware enough) which means shallow/low- breathing. To be honest, I came into conclusion that the way we breath, impacts our overall mood, thoughts, reactions – and the amount of Energy we can intake and release.

For feeling peace and calm, long and deep breaths are advised.

For energizing our self, fast and active breaths are advised. By Knowing our body and mind, we will know what feels good and right for us !

  • Reciting mantras– I have been practicing with Mantras, such as Aum – or even – Om Ma Ni Pad Me Hum, and these basic yet powerful sounds create unique and specific vibrations that can shift us in an optimal state of mind. But still, most of the times I prefer pure nature sounds or silence.
  • Focusing on one object/point– For some, this techniques helps a lot.  Staring peacefully at a candle flame, for example, can be truly hypnotizing. But still, most of meditations intentions work better with eyes closed.
  • Fasting– Personally, meditating while fasting always proves to be in our advantage. As less energy is spent on digesting (which is more than we may think), we are able to deepen our focus.
  • With the right Hertz, Music, Tune– Higher resonance hertz (from 432hz onward) can be to be a great help in focusing our attention to intention (more spiritual). All tones 432hz and below are more to ground ourselves (which is essential too).
  • In the right place with the right Energy –I find it particularly easier to meditate in a natural space, sitting next to an old tree, under the sun (or moon), & while holding crystals. Some places (for e.g an underground cave that was used for ill people during the war) can be less fitted energetically-wise than other places (for e.g in pure Nature, with vegetation and animals striving in Harmony). But once again, we are all unique, so let’s know what suits us best !

Few out of countless benefits of meditation :

  • Harmonizing all aspects of self (mental, physical, spiritual) thus alleviating stress, and promoting well-being.
  • Enhances Awareness of Self, World & All Things
  • Amplifies cognitive functions, such as focus, problem-solving etc

Here, let’s share – Ancient and Modern -, energetically powerful meditation practices that have been practiced throughout our World, since thousands of years, – and- some that have been developed in recent times.

1 Minute Meditation (To do Now ! 😉 )

Let’s Take deep, rejuvenating Breaths.

  • Breathing In through our Nose,
  • Breathing out through our Mouth.
  • Breathing In Feeling our lungs expanding,
  • Breathing Out all unwanted Energies.
  • Breathing in Love, Light, Joy,
  • Breathing Out all tensions, Releasing us.
  • Breathing in Feeling Alive and Awake,
  • Breathing Out Feeling Peace and Gratitude.

Now, Be. Simply Feel, without expectations. At each breath you take, you will Feel more and more at Peace.

Pranayama – Breathing Meditation

There are many breathing techniques, that can lead to different states of awareness. Here, I will only explain one of them (out of many more that are in the post ” Breathing-Pranayama ‘‘)

One of the simplest and most commonly taught is the 4-4-4-4.

Basically, let’s breathe in for 4 seconds,, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, and hold empty for 4 seconds.

Tips : Let’s Breathe through our nose, and fill our abdomen with air (instead of our chest only).  Let’s repeat for a few cycles, until feels right.

We can create our own cycles, such as 6-0-6-0, etc… Ultimately, only us, individually, know what feels right and good for us 🙂

Benefits : Balances our overall mood, regenerates our cells, our body, increases our focus and willpower. And the amazing thing is, it can be done anywhere, at any time.

There are many more Breathing Meditations, with different intentions and results.

Guided Breathing Energy Chakra – 108 to Liberation

Trataka Meditation

(Steady Gazing)

The intention of Trataka is to focus one of our predominant sense, our eyesight to one point or object.

You can choose to focus your gaze into any point, but from my knowings, the best are :

Candle Flame / Fire – our palm – our Third Eye in the Mirror – Someone’s eye – Mountain Peak – Tree/Flower/Plant – Crystal – Star – Mandala / Sacred Geometry Symbol – many more, use what you know is best.

*Let’s sit comfortably, spine erect.

*Let’s focus our eyesight to this energetic point.

*Let’s try to remain our eyes open, without blinking.

*Whenever tears forms, let’s allow ourselves to blink.

*Whenever feels right (between 5-99 +minutes), let’s close our eyes, bring our energy and attention to our Ajna Chakra (Third Eye, in between eyebrows) and Visualize this energetic object we have been gazing at.

*Now, let’s repeat the process till we feel like.

Benefits :

Enhances Focus, Intuition, Spiritual Insights & Willpower

Enhances various (most of the time dormant) psychic abilities

Producing/releasing tears has countless health benefits.

Ho’Oponopono Meditation (+variation)

Words are energy, vibrations. Words have the power to reach the deepest part of our minds : our subconscious. Words also have the power to affect living beings, our environment, as well as the furthest stars.

Wholeheartedly say to our self : Sorry, Forgive me, Thank you, I Love You.

– Variation –

Our Intention is to Express and Feel five great healing forces.

*Repentance – taking responsibility of our reality and expressing : I’m Sorry

*Forgiveness – asking for forgiveness : Forgive Me

*Respect – respecting all : I Respect

*Gratitude – Expressing our Gratitude for All : Thank You

*Love – Expressing our Love for All : I Love You

Let’s still ourselves in a comfortable position,

Feel wholeheartedly, and repeat these magical words :

(Repentance) – I’m Sorry

(Forgiveness) – I Forgive You, I Forgive Me, I Forgive All.

(Respect) – I Respect You, I Respect Me, I Respect All.

(Love) – I Love You, I Love Me, I Love All

(Gratitude) – I Thank you, I Thank Me, I Thank All.

By expressing (out loud or silently) these powerful words, we are mentally, physically and spiritually creating vibrations that allow positive changes to happen within all aspects of Self.

Let’s Repeat these words till we Feel like.

Benefits : During all our Life, many times we blocked ourselves from expressing what we wanted/needed to say. By doing Ho’Oponopono meditation, expressing those words, we are rewiring our brains and liberating conscious and subconscious blockages that we formed.

As All is Energy, All is interconnected. Healing aspects of our selves is healing the whole of Existence.

Young Self Energy Meditation (PAST TIME)

The intention of this meditation is to reconnect with our younger self, and express as of the present Moment our Feelings.

In our physical realm, time is linear – but – energetically, time is an illusion, and all is ever present, inter-connected.

*Let’s still ourselves in a comfortable position,

*Think, Visualize our self vividly when we were younger (around 3-7 years old – it can help to look at a younger picture of self-).

*Let’s hold in our mind that image, picture of our younger self.

*Now, let’s bring our present self in the picture. Visualize our self at the first or third person, which is the most comfortable.

*While thinking and Feeling all of what we’ve learned & experienced in this life at that Present Moment, let’s move towards our younger self, let’s open our Hearts, arms, -and- Hug our younger Self with infinite Gratitude, Compassion, Love, and Wisdom.

*Let’s whisper to our younger self what we want to. Let’s share that everything is going to be okay. That we are going to Learn, Feel pleasant as well as painful experiences. But that no matter what, we will continue on living and feeling Life and constantly evolve along the Way.

*Transfer Energy to our younger self, and at the same time, Feel Energy rushing and flowing through us at the Present Moment.

When the time is right, think of both of you merging as One, and when it feels right, bring awareness back to the Present Reality.

Benefits :

*Energetic intentional Connection to our younger self.

*Energetic Expression of what we have deep inside us.

*Healing our past heals our Present.

Old Self Energy Meditation (FUTURE TIME)

Ideal Feelings Meditation

Know what are your favorite feelings to feel.

Majority of us, will most likely prefer to Feel : Joyous, Grateful, Wonder, Successful, Peaceful, Energetic, Realizative, Loved, Powerful, Confident, Liberated,  Mesmerized, Transcendental.

Well, we can realize that we can Feel all that we want to Feel. Thanks to our intention, thoughts and willpower. That is the beauty of being Human ! Being able to consciously choose what we want to Feel.

So, you may say, how can I feel all these wonderful feelings?

Well, the answer is – Creativity. Imagination. Intention. Meditation.

Make yourself comfortable, and be open-minded to create with your creativity and imagination, an inner-reality where you could Feel one, or several of these feelings.

How does Love Feel like? What is Love? Personally, I would say it is an energy that permeates all of our Existence. It is an Energy that we have. That composes us. An Inner as well as Outer Energy that we can learn to Create, Share, Feel.

So, make yourself comfortable and Feel your Heart. Feel a wellness Energy expanding from it, entering it. Be open, allow that Energy to flow and radiate within you.

Imagine yourself, surrounded by your family, closes friends, strangers, animals. Imagine them coming in a loving, forgiving, caring, peaceful way towards you. Allow yourself to hug them, allow them to hug you. Feel loved. Feel cherished. Give. Receive. Share this Love Energy.

To further enhance the feelings of Heart openness, we can place our hands at our Heart area, Feel it beating. Let’s be Grateful of it working endlessly in order to keep us alive.

This, is just one example out of infinities of ways, to Feel a feeling.

Your imagination has no boundaries, so Feel free to create and imagine all that you want, so that you can achieve your ultimate goal – Feeling all that you want to Feel.

I would love to add that, as human beings, we can also allow ourselves to Feel ‘’negative’’ feelings, such as anger, sadness, exhaustion, etc.

It is perfectly human to Feel all that we can feel as humans, so let’s not resist, but allow to Be and Feel Human.

I realize, a lot of us -even me- store anger or negative emotions into us. For conscious or unconscious reasons, we did not express, release them when we had the opportunity to. So, an amazing meditation I advice us it :

Lower Emotion Release Active Meditation:

The intention here will be to release excess lower, negative feelings that we have stored in us for various reasons.

Release through sound :

Here, talk to yourself : Feel the low vibration feeling -sadness, anger,…- Acknowledge it, and talk to it. Say that you understand why you are sad, angry , but that you do not want to Feel that way anymore, and that you love yourself too much to carry it on. Consciously release this emotion with the help of your breath, exhale sights, -loud or not- up to you

Scream it out : Shouting can be a very powerful tool to voice out our feelings, and of course, to release them. Ideally, do not release them onto living beings, as they will definitely get affected by it. Ideally, do it underwater. In a lake, river, or even your bathtub -trust me, water will contain the sounds- ! Other solutions will be to do it on top of a hill, on top of a building, where you know no one, less people will hear you – and, visualize your lower feelings gather in a ball at some part of your body. Now, Shout. SCREAM ! Feel this ball of unwanted energy leaving you, getting released through emptiness. Tip : you know the capacity and limits of your vocal chords. Use them, but do not strain them too much ! Whenever you feel lighter, cleansed, it is time to sit comfortable and to re-gather positive, universal energies to fill-up your now purified energy body. Fill it with colors, all the elements, loving feelings – you choose !

Benefits :

*Makes us Realize and practice the fact that we are in control of our feelings

*Improves focus and overall well being.

*Release unwanted energies.

Bandha meditation – Body locks:

For this meditation, the intention is to contain our energy flow within our middle body (from pelvis to throat). For that to happen, we must contract and position ourselves so that muscles, entry and exit points of energy are ”locked”.

So, let’s sit comfortably, and focus our awareness to the next three areas of our body :

Mula Bandha – Root Lock – contracting our perineum -the area between our anus and reproductive organs- in order to redirect energy to flow upwards. (In other words, it prevents apana from escaping lower body and draws it up our body to unite with prana).

Uddiyana Bandha – Abdominal Lock – Exhale all air out, while pulling our belly back towards our spine, thus contracting our abdomen into our ribcage.(This forces our prana to flow up the shushumna nadi).

Jalandhara Bandha – Chin Lock – While pressing our chin firmly to our chest, let’s inhale deeply and hold our breath. (this prevents prana from escaping our upper body).

Maha Bandha – All three bandhas combined.

Benefits : Regeneration of Physical (cells, organs, muscles) as well as Energy (chakras, nadis, meridians) Body through contained Flow of vital Life Energy.

Ajapa Meditation (Soham Dharana)

– Meditation on the natural sound of our Breath –

Sah : He         Aham : I

Soham : He I am – I am He (‘’He’’ here represents the Supreme Power, Ultimate Reality, All of Existence – God)

The Soham Mantra is a natural mantra because it is part of our Nature. It is what makes us alive. This is called the universal mantra since it’s vibration is part of our breath, and everybody breathes.

Soooooo : Sound of our inhale          Hummmm : Sound of our exhalation

While naturally inhaling *Soooooo*  let’s remind/know/feel ourselves as I, our Ego, Our Person in this Life.

Then, while naturally exhaling, let’s remember, realize and Feel ourselves as Infinite, Eternal as God.

Repeat until we Feel Complete.

*Stillness of mind

*Feeling, Connecting our True Nature

*Awareness on breath, balancing of Ego and Divinity

Mudras Meditation

The word Mudra is Sanskrit, and means “gestures,” “seal.” They affect the flow of energy in our body – balancing, redirecting, amplifying energy, as well as unblocking energy centers.

Many traditions and cultures believe that an imbalance or blockage of any of our 5 elements are the roots of diseases – thus, the balance of 5 of our innate elements are also our cure and key to optimal well being.

As we are electro-magnetic beings, when we connect different parts of our body (in this case, fingers) in specific ways, it allows our body to unblock and balance the flow of energy within us.

There are many existing Mudras, here we will practice one of them :

Hridaya Mudra :

Let’s connect our index fingers to the base of our thumbs. Then, we join the tips of our middle and ring fingers to the tips of our thumbs while straightening our pinky fingers.

The middle and ring fingers are directly related to the nadis (subtle channels), that are connected to Our Heart. By connecting them with our thumbs, our energy flow is directed toward our Heart. This harmonizes, energizes our Heart, unblocking blockages and thus helping to prevent/heal Heart problems, whether they be physical, emotional, spiritual.

On top of that, as our Heart emanates strong electro-magnetism, it affects our Inner and Outer World for the greatest.

Hugging Meditation

While hugging someone, a teddy bear, a pillow, a tree, anything comfortable and energetic, try to Feel Love and Gratitude.

Naturally, you will release ‘ wellness’ hormones such as oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine.

Breathe, focus your awareness on your Heart area, Feel it expanding with Love and all the positive feelings possible.

Present, Now Meditation

This meditation can be done anywhere, in any position.

Ideally, sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Take a moment to Feel. To Be.

Notice your five senses.

Taste. Physical sensation. Sounds. Odour. Emptiness through your closed eyes.

Your breath. Each breaths.

Notice whatever is being experienced in the Now. Thoughts. Feelings.

Observe what your mind wanders to.

Become aware of the tendencies of your mind.

Keep coming back to simply Being.

Benefits : increases willpower, enhances self-awareness, thoughts patterns.—

Chakra Balancing Meditation

Know the chakras specificities, and let’s use them to rebalance our Energy Body.

For this meditation, sit in a comfortable position, and Feel each of the chakras, one by one. Breathe into them, put your awareness into each chakra.

Depending on your intention :

  1. Feel Self, Earth Energy ascending to your Spirit : Spirit.

Start by your Root – going upwards to your Crown.

  1. Feel Spirit Energy descending to your Self, to Earth : Grounding.

Start by your Crown and descend Energy to your Root.

While meditating, focus your awareness on the location, visualize the chakra color entering and harmonizing the energetic chakra center. If you feel like, chant the sound mantra at the same time.

Muladara – Root Chakra – survival, primal needs, grounding.

Location : between the anus and genitals, at the base of our spine.

sound : LAM                               Color : Red

Swadhisthana – Sacral Chakra : creativity, development of self, nurture, love & sweetness.

Location : lower abdomen, between navel and genitals.

Sound : VAM                              Color : Orange

Manipura – Solar Plexus Chakra : manages organs, digestive process, personal power, balance.

Connection to Spirit / Higher-Self Meditation

Firstly, What/Who is your Higher Spirit? To put it simply, it is the Energy that animates your body, your Ego. In Essence, it is the True, Eternal and Infinite You ! The You as Divine Energy, as the Energy that embodies many physical, dying bodies. Connecting to the True You, connects to an Infinite Energy, connects you to All Lives and Wisdom you can Imagine.

So, make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and put your Love, Focus and Energy into the intention of Connecting to you, to your Soul.

Imagine/Visualize a growing ball of light at your 10th Chakra (around 1 meter above your crown), expanding, filling the environment, the Universe, all of Existence.

Visualize a Spiritual Chord that attaches your Energetic Body, to that Ball of Infinity, of your Soul.

Just Be, Feel a Sensation of Spirituality overtaking your senses.

Higher Beings/Teachers/Guides Meditation

Also known as Guru Yoga, this meditation’s intention is to invoke, awaken, enhance and embody the supreme qualities of Highly respected Beings -(Buddha, Jesus, Gandhi, Muhammad, Shiva, – whomever you feel inspires and gives you wisdom) – those qualities (Love, Acceptance, Humbleness, Wisdom, Gratitude, Compassion,Understanding, Self-Realization, Balance, Peace, …), that are available to all beings, and that, are already within us.

Let’s position ourselves comfortably, close our eyes, breathe optimally, and whenever we are ready, let’s imagine, picture that Higher Supreme Being/Guide/Teacher looking at us with Love. If no clear image form, it’s okay, let’s imagine and visualize an energy form, whichever color appears. Let’s Feel and visualize the connection between both. All we have to do is to be open, feel and maintain that connection, that nourishes and enhances our Energy and higher virtues.

Whenever ready to move to the next step, let’s Realize that there is no separation. Both are One, Same. Let’s merge Together, uniting Energy, until one beautiful, Energy remains. Feel your Heart and Energy centers opening, harmonizing, and for a few moments, embody this energy. Then, let’s focus back to our physical reality.

Benefits :

Realization and Feeling that all virtues are already within us.

Awakening, Enhancing those higher vibrating virtues within us.

Connection to Higher Energies, Surge and Balance of our Energy.

Dynamic Meditation

  1. Osho Dynamic Meditation

For this meditation, be ready to go ‘crazy’, to be Free to express yourself in all ways. Ideally, you should do it in a place that allows for noise to be created.

Osho Dynamic Meditation

“This is a meditation in which you have to be continuously alert, conscious, aware, whatsoever you do. The first step, breathing; the second step, catharsis; the third step, the mantra, ‘Hoo.’

Remain a witness. Don’t get lost. It is easy to get lost. While you are breathing you can forget; you can become one with the breathing so much that you can forget the witness. But then you miss the point. Breathe as fast, as deep as possible, bring your total energy to it, but still remain a witness. Observe what is happening as if you are just a spectator, as if the whole thing is happening to somebody else, as if the whole thing is happening in the body and the consciousness is just centered and looking. This witnessing has to be carried in all the three steps. And when everything stops, and in the fourth step you have become completely inactive, frozen, then this alertness will come to its peak.” Osho

The meditation lasts around one hour and has five stages. Remain your eyes closed during the entire meditation. If possible, wear a blindfold.

First Stage: around 10 minutes

Breathe chaotically through your nostrils,as deep, fast, intense as possible. Your breath should fill all your body, all your lungs. Become your breath. Feel your Energy building up. If necessary, do slight natural movements, but keep your energy centered within yourself.

Second Stage: around 10 minutes

Express All of Your Energy ! Let go of everything that needs to go. Be in a Trance without any limits. Punch, Cry, Scream, Shout,, Jump, Kick, Shake, Laugh, Dance, Sing ! Do and Express what you Feel like, Throw yourself around. Hold nothing back; keep your whole body moving. Be Free to be ‘’mad, crazy’’ consciously.

Third Stage: around 10 minutes

Raise your arms above your head and jump up and down shouting the mantra, “Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!” as deeply as possible. Each time you land, on the flats of your feet, let the vibration enter deeply into your sex center (all pelvis, psoas, sexual organs area). Use all your Energy; exhaust yourself completely.

Fourth Stage: around 15 minutes

Stay Immobile. Still Yourself in whatever position. Remain like a statue. Feel. Be a witness to everything that is happening within.

Fifth Stage: 15 minutes

Express slowly, roughly, you choose ! The intention is to Feel what you want to Feel. Joy? Energetic? Aliveness? Craziness? All up to you.

Improvised Dynamic Meditation

Create a Playlist of your favorite musics.

Ideally, music to dance hard to.

Dance to the flow of your Life, and mix your Life’s flow to the flow of the music. Dance, Express, Move. After each 2 music (around 10mins) Relax, stand still and simply Feel yourself. Feel Your Body parts vibrating.

After 2/3 rounds (depending on you) of dancing and standing still, sit/lie down and Feel even deeper your Energy, your Body.

2. Improvised Dynamic Meditation :

Create a Playlist of your favorite musics.

Ideally, music to dance hard to.

Dance to the flow of your Life, and mix your Life’s flow to the flow of the music. Dance, Express, Move. After each 2 music (10mins) Relax, stand still and simply Feel yourself. Your Body parts vibrating.

After 2/3 rounds (depending on you) of dancing and standing still, sit/lie down and Feel even deeper your Energy, your Body.

Forgiving Meditation

Holding on to Anger, to Bad Thoughts and Energy towards one or several person literally blocks our Energy Flow.

Close your eyes, and visualize the person you can and will Forgive right in front of you, with an energetic chord that link both of you.

Express out loud or within, to that person:

I am Pure and Innocent.

You are Spirit

And you are released

From What I Projected on you

Visualize the chord that linked both of you detaching, feel all negative emotions dissipate.

Mantra Meditation

Mantra is a Sanskrit word derived from two roots: man (meaning “mind” or “to think”) and trai meaning to “free from”. Therefore, mantras are energies that have the potential to heal, empower, transform our minds. They are sacred in nature and carry intentions (depending on us).

Everything in our physical Existence is vibrating.
Sound patterns/vibrations affect for great or ill surrounding vibrations, thus impacting all structures and energies within us (whether it be physical, mental or spiritual).

By listening, creating, sharing, embodying mantras, we are able to intentionally control the outcome, goals we desire.

A mantra can be recited; or listened to. When chanting/listening a mantra (mentally or verbally), elements such as speed, pitch, intentions do affect our body and mind differently (Repeating our mantra fast produces gamma waves (energizing) in the brain. Repeating it slowly produces theta waves (relaxing). )

Attached here, is a compilation/creation/combination of spiritual sounds with different mantras, as well as created mantras. Some are sounds that do not mean anything in our current World Languages, but which are created through intuition, simple expression of Spirit. Just like any other vibrations, they can bring transcendence.

Creation of Personal Mantra

Let’s create a mantra – It can be a word that we invent, that exists or a short sentence – as long as it resonates with our intention.

  • The meaning/intention is the most important. Let’s choose a word/sentence that represents something we want to create/develop/connect/feel. It could be love, compassion, power, peace, freedom, self-realization, courage, etc.
  • The sound of the word needs to resonate with us.So, let’s repeat this mantra and feel if it helps us to get closer to our intention.

Once chosen/created, it is up to you to build this mantra energetically, with the power of vibrations, intention.

Collective, Spiritual Mantras

Each mantra has its own “energy”, that became empowered through other humans reciting, building energy into it. Hence, it is wise to connect to a traditional mantra (using the same language, replicating the same sounds/vibrations) – that has been used by spiritual seekers for millennia, – for and with – the right intentions. Let’s be sure to know the translation and intention ! Ultimately, we will be able to feel the ones that uplift us towards our personal and collective intentions.

Sanskrit :

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti : Om, for – the Sound of Existence -followed by three Shanti, for – peace of mind, peace of body, and peace of speech. This Mantra is to embody and share Peace.

Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare

Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare :

This mantra has the intention to respect and implore three main deities Energies (Vishnu, Shakti, Krishna). There are many interprations and intentions for this mantra, one of them are : “Oh, Supreme Energies, I respect you and please engage me in your service.” Also, one of the intentions is to embody and Realize these Supreme Energies that are within and around all of Us.

Sarvam khalvidam Brahman (“All is Brahman(Consciousness)”). The main intention in the mantra is to achieve Self-God Realization and to See this One Energy within all of Existence. This can make us Realize deeper the Truth that all existing energy have within them the same Oneness Energy. We are all animated by the same Energy, thus interconnected beyond comprehension !

Asato Ma, Sadgamaya – Tamaso Ma, Jyotir Gamaya -Mrityormaa Amritam Gamaya –From Delusion, Lead me to Truth – From Darkness, Lead me to Light, – From Death, Lead me to Immortality.

Hindu/Buddhist :

Om Ma Ni Pad Me Hum :
“The jewel is in the lotus,” or “Praise to the jewel in the lotus.” There are many interpretations to that. One is that physically,we are that ever unfolding, growing, transforming Lotus. But, inside that Lotus, resides the Jewel, the Pure Consciousness, Pure Energy that we, ultimately, are.

The main intentions are to embody Compassion and Purity. So, these 6 syllables are used to Purify all aspects of our body, speech and mind.

Connection, Awakening, Enhancement to All Existence – Purifies Egoistic Pride
MaConnection, Awakening, Enhancement to our Pure Ethical Behavior – Purifies Egoistic Jealousy
NiConnection, Awakening, Enhancement of our Patience – Purifies Egoistic desires
Pad Connection, Awakening, Enhancement of our Perseverance – purifies : ignorance / prejudice
Me Connection, Awakening, Enhancement of Concentration and Sharing attributes – purifies : Egoic Possessiveness
Hum —– Connection, Awakening, Enhancement of our Wisdom – purifies : aggression / hatred

Western :

Do Re Mi Fa Sol La Do –

Each, represents a different vibration, tonality, frequency. Let’s Feel them and balance ourselves thanks to their vibrations !

Finally, the more we focusing Energy to our mantra, the more it is empowered, energized. Eventually, it will be the most dominant sound and intention in our mind, directing us consciously, unconsciously, physically, mentally, spiritually towards our intention – until one day, this intention becomes part of our Reality.

Aum Chanting Meditation

Om represents the Vibration of Existence, the Eternal and Infinite sound.

Let’s position ourselves in a comfortable position, eyes closed, and repeat and chant the Aum Mantra as long as we Feel like.

One cycle of Aum Chanting lasts 6-11 seconds.

A : 1-2 seconds. Opened Lips. Linked to our Physical plane.

U : 2-3 seconds. Half-opened Lips. Linked to the Mental and Astral planes.

M : 3-6 seconds. Closed Lips. Linked to Spiritual, Ethereal plane.

Variation : Create the sound EEEEEM (with a higher pitch, while focusing on your chest, Heart Chakra) and to go even higher, YYYYYM (while focusing your energy and attention to your crown chakra, brain area using your vocal chords to create a high pitch sound.)

Vibration that cleanses & rejuvenates body, mind, cells, energy centers.

Improves concentration, memory & understanding capacity.

Amplifies intentions and energies we emanate.

Relaxes and/or energizes physically, emotionally, mentally.

Charges and cleanses surrounding energies, atmosphere.

Clears vocals chords and energy blockages.

Healing Past Meditation

Think back of a moment when you felt pain. Whether be it physical or emotional. Re-live this moment fully. Experience it, do not resist it. Then, when you know you have felt it enough and it is time to move on, – Feel yourself as of now. While meditating with the intention to Heal your past trauma, focus on your Heart energy expanding, growing, bursting with acceptance, understanding, and love. Radiate your Heart energy to the past moment you had pain. If you have a strong visualization power, you can even go beyond, and ad your present self to the past painful moment, and Heal yourself. Touch your past self with the intention of healing and letting go of that pain.

Qi Gong – Moving Qi Meditation :

Mindful Body Meditation

Awareness goes to feeling all of our Body.

When feeling stressed (majority of humans, on a daily basis), our blood flow prioritizes muscles for the fight and flight natural response. Thus, our vital organs receive less blood flow, less oxygen, less energy.

The solution is to restore our self by shifting into a meditative state, a peace mind feeling, that will restore a natural optimal blood flow to all our vital organs and tissues. The result of that is proper oxygen, nutrition, removal of waste & toxins, and creation/enhancement of healthy cells and immune system.

So, make yourself comfortable, bring your awareness into Feeling Peace, Calm, Serene, and Feel all your muscles relax one by one.

Ideally, -but reverse is amazing too- start by focusing on your feet. Relax all muscles, go up to your calf muscles, upper legs, sexual organs, pelvis, stomach, back, chest, shoulder blades, throat, neck, head, upper arms, elbows, hands.

When you Feel that all your muscles are relaxed, shift your awareness to your vital organs – brain, heart, kidneys, … Feel the healing vibration within you.

Breathing – Pranayama & Mudras

Here, we will connect, practice and go deeper into our Breath.

Since Ancient Times, various breathing techniques have been developed to achieve Spiritual, Empowering, Healing states of Being. Thanks to Modern Science, we can now see and prove the various benefits for us, whether it be physically, mentally or spiritually.

We all have our Unique Energetic Balance. Let’s Find and Feel our center of Harmony, and re-align ourselves when needed.

Our nostrils and breaths can guide us to our ideal Harmony.

In fact, 2 sides of nose air flow represent 2 different types of energy flow.
Right nostril – surya = sun: energising and active
Left nostril – chandra = moon : calming and passive
When one side is blocked, that means there is imbalance (physical, mental or spiritual) in the body (over/under active mind/body)- our intuitive process blocks this over-focused side so that it is less activated by breath, -while- the opposite side (open nostril) is kept open so that it gets activated more – to bring balance & harmony within our energy.

Good to know : when we breathe deeply, yet in a smooth and relaxed way, we trigger our parasympathetic nervous system, telling our body that we are safe, and in a state open to healing.

“For he, who has gained control over his breath,
shall also gain control over the activities of the mind.
The reverse is also true. For he, whose mind is in control,
also controls the breath. The mind masters the senses,
and the breath masters the mind.”

Below this page, you can find several guided Breathing Meditations.

Yogic BreathNourishing our entire body with Prana and Oxygen :

A full Yogic Breath is a deep and continuous inhalation with exhalation that uses our diaphragm, thoracic and clavicle (belly, chest, shoulders) regions.

Let’s position ourselves comfortably.

First, we breathe and fully fill with oxygen lower abdomen. Then, continuously in the same breath, we fill up the mid-section of our torso, expanding the diaphragm and the ribs as the inhalation continues. Finally, for the last stage of this same breath, we fill our upper chest and shoulders until all of our torso is full of oxygen, energy. This slow yet energetic inhalation is then followed by a long, slow, gentle exhale, expelling the breath from these same three sections of the torso in reverse order, releasing firstly our shoulders, then our chest and ribs, and finally our lower abdomen, until no oxygen remains in our lungs. One cycle of Full Yogic Breath includes one complete inhalation and one complete exhalation.

Our inhalation and exhalation should feel fluid, continuous and effortless ! The key is to remain comfortable. So, go at your own pace, slow and easy. Let’s breathe in with minimum effort, yet maximum capacity. Practice and dedication will make us breathe in the most ideal ways for our body and mind.

Benefits :

  • Releases muscular tensions around our heart and digestive organs.
  • Increases lung capacity while encouraging proper nervous stimulus to our cardio-vascular system
  • Re-calibrates our Breath for optimal Life
  • Improves detoxification through increased exchange of carbon dioxide and oxygen
  • Amplifies our auto immune system by increased distribution of energy to the endocrine system.
  • Reduces emotional and nervous anxiety and enhances positive mood through nourishing all cells and releasing well-being hormones.

Nadi Shodhana Pranayama(Alternate Nostril Breathing) Balancing and revitalizing, calming breaths :

Let’s form with our right hand Vishnu mudra : by folding the tips of the index and middle fingers inward until they touch our palm (ideally, you can connect those two fingertips to your third eye, inbwtween your eyebrows). Then, we align our ring and pinky fingers. The key here, is to alternately use our right thumb to close our right nostril -and- our right ring finger to close our left nostril.

So, let’s sit in a comfortable, spine erect position.

  1. By using our right thumb to close our right nostril, we Exhale through our left nostril gently, but fully.
  2. While maintaining our right nostril closed, let’s Inhale through our left nostril. With each inhale, we breathe in deeply, starting from the base of our spine, all the way up till the crown of our head. By then, our lungs should be filled with oxygen, energy.
  3. Now, let’s use our ring of our right hand to gently close the left nostril and simultaneously liberate our right nostril. Let’s Exhale through our right nostril, emptying our air and energy from the top of our head, all the way down our spine – till we reach once again, our lungs empty, at the base of our spine.
  4. Now, let’s Keep this position and breathe in through our right nostril, once again, from the bottom of our spine to the top of our head. Once completed,
  5. Let’s switch fingers and exhale through our left nostril, from the top of our head to the bottom of our spine.
  6. Repeat in the same pattern. Basically, One nostril will fulfill a cycle of one inhale, and one exhale- then, we switch nostrils.

Benefits :

  • Revitalizes and Balances both hemisphere of our brain & body with oxygen – centers our mind, improves cognitive functions
  • Rejuvenates our nervous system, thus promoting feeling of well being
  • Helps to balance hormones secretions, glands and oxygenates all organs, muscles, cells.
  • Improves, unblocks respiratory channels as well as subtle energy channels : ensures smooth flow of Prana throughout our Body.

Kapalbati Pranayama – (To forcefully exhale) Energizing breaths :

Let’s position ourselves comfortably,
Let’s Inhale and Exhale through our nostrils.

Here, we put our attention to a forceful Exhalation : One exhale lasts less than half a second (while sharply exhaling, we pull our belly inwards our spine) – and all the air in our lungs should be out.

Our inhale should be automatic, effortless, deeply filling our lungs with oxygen.

One round of Kapalbhati is around 10-20 cycles of inhales/exhales. Once one set has been done, relax and practice deep, yogic breath cycles. Once you feel ready to go on for another set, feel free to.

  • Let’s position ourselves comfortably, and breathe through our nostrils. When ready, let’s place our thumbs so that they block the entry point of sound of our ears. Ideally, push the small cartilage (or ear flaps, or finger tips) between your ear holes and your cheeks so that most external noise won’t be heard.
  • Place your remaining fingers so that they lightly close your eyes and mouth. Our nose should be able to breathe.
  • Now, focus your energy and attention on your third eye chakra (area between your eyebrows.)
  • While keeping our mouth closed, we take a deep breath in, and, while exhaling, we create a humming noise (Ommmmmm). Let’s use our vocal chords to create a high pitch (the higher the better).

Khumbaka Pranayama – (Breath Retention)

As this pranayama is more complex and involves more focus and energy, it is wise to practice it in presence of a guide.

In this breathing practice, there are two types of Breath retention: after inhale (antara / interior)- and – after exhale (bahya / outer).

Let’s be on an empty stomach, and let’s sit comfortably

  • First step : Antara (Interior) Retention with full breath
  • Let’s Inhale fully through both nostrils filling up our lungs with oxygen. (Let’s imagine and inhale as if our nostrils are in our back, so that we can get more oxygen into our lungs – expanded chest and belly).
  • Once full of oxygen, let’s retain our breath (ideally double the amount of time to inhale, but we can go futher).
  • Then, let’s exhale with no force – letting the natural flow let the air out. As we get to the maximum of our exhalation, let’s breathe in fully again, so that a continuous connected rhythmical breathing pattern is happening. Retain breath. Naturally Exhale. Let’s Repeat until we feel tingly or light headed (this will mean that our entire body is full of oxygen (97-100%).
  • Second Step : Bahya (External) Retention with empty air.
  • After the final exhalation, let’s hold our breath with absolutely no air in our lungs for as long as we possibly can. The intention here is to release our body of most oxygen. To trigger the positive stress response in our body, we should be around 80% of oxygen. Below 80%, that is when great healing can occur.
  • When we feel to inhale (usually 45seconds-3mins after retaining breath), let’s take a quick inhale, then a quick exhale again and repeat by emptying all the air from our lungs. This will further bring our oxygen levels down.
  • We can repeat this a few times for as long as we feel comfortable.
  • Once completed, go back to normal, optimal breath until we Feel ideal.
  • ——— Note : During the breath retention phase, we will go into a deeply relaxed meditative state. Let’s visualize energy, stem cells moving around our body to Heal all aspects of Self and Energy. If there is a specific place we need healing to occur, let’s focus our awareness on that area.

Effects :

  • Strengthening, balancing our lungs, calibrating our breath for optimal flow and utilization of oxygen.
  • Balances, and enhances our Heart, Lungs and Brain functions, thus balancing all physical aspects of Self.
  • Creates time and space for healing to occur (through promoting positive stress responses, stem cells, visualization techniques,..)
  • These techniques help us be one with Now – present moment.
  • Prepares us for meditation as they provide a form of pratyahara (sense withdrawal) and dharana (concentration).

Guided Breathing Energy Meditation – 108×7 Breaths to Liberation

The word Mudra is Sanskrit, and means “gestures,” “seal.” They affect the flow of energy in our body – balancing, redirecting, amplifying energy, as well as unblocking energy centers.

Many traditions and cultures believe that an imbalance or blockage of any of our 5 elements are the roots of diseases – thus, the balance of 5 of our innate elements are also our cure and key to optimal well being.

As we are electro-magnetic beings, when we connect different parts of our body (in this case, fingers) in specific ways, it allows our body to unblock and balance the flow of energy within us.

Prana Mudra : Let’s position our index and middle fingers in a straight way, and fold our ring and pinky fingers, with our thumb either : maintaining them in a folded position -or- simply pressing their fingertips. Now, we bend both of our elbows, parallel to each other, and point our index and middle fingers towards the sky. Let’s Feel the rush of Energy flowing through our fingers, and let’s allow it to flow within all our body.

Effects :

Increases vitality and grounds us with Earth Energies

Energy generated in index and middle fingertips is highly Healing and Grounding – for others as well as our self.

Gyan mudra: Also known as chin mudra (Consciousness, Knowledge Gesture), this is one of the most popular mudras.

Let’s be comfortable, and connect the tip of our thumb to our index finger. The three remaining fingers should be straight, but relaxed, and palm facing the sky.

Effects :

Stimulates our Brain, Pituitary gland, system of endocrine glands, as well as all our nervous system.

Facilitates and promotes the flow of electrical impulses along our nerves.

Element-wise, it balances the Air and Earth within us.

Linga Mudra : Generates/Amplifies our Fire Within

Let’s clasp both our hands, interlocking all our fingers, – while keeping our left thumb erect, pointing upwards.

Effects: The thumb represents the element Fire. This Fire is amplified by performing the Linga Mudra.

  • Generates Heat that can help during cold times, and treats ailments caused by an overproduction/ accumulation of phlegm (mucous) in the body.
  • As the Fire Element is attributed to action, power, transformation – it can help in all these areas for our Life.

Anjali/Namaskara/Namaste mudra :

This energetic gesture is felt and shared by connecting both our palms in front of our chest in a prayer-like position. This Mudra has various meanings, such as respect, gratitude, compassion, peace, love.

Nutrition, Superfoods, Sacred Herbs

Here, let’s delve deeper into Nutrition, Super Foods, Sacred Wellness Herbs/Plants, Elixirs/Potions to Heal and Empower us physically, mentally, spiritually.

Then, we will share about different ways to Fast, Detox, Purify ourselves – as well as the cleansing powers, overall benefits of those.

Basics of Digestion

Digestion is the process by which our body breaks down food and pulls out the nutrients our body needs to operate optimally. Anything left is a waste product, which our body removes through excretion.

Generally, food takes between 1 to 72 hours to move through our digestive tract. The time depends on various factors : the amounts and types of foods we’ve ingested, our gender, hormone releases, metabolism, gut flora, bacteria, ,..

  1. Mouth – Release of saliva, that breaks down food particles, and mixes with it enzymes.
  2. Esophagus – our brain automatically signals the muscles of the esophagus and peristalsis begins. ( constriction and relaxation of the muscles of the intestine or another canal, creating wave-like movements that push the food forward. )
  3. Lower esophageal sphincter – relaxes and lets food pass into our stomach. This sphincter usually stays closed to keep what’s in our stomach from flowing back into our esophagus.
  4. Stomach. After food enters our stomach, the stomach muscles mix the food and liquid with digestive juices. Our stomach then slowly empties its contents in our small intestine.
  5. Small intestine. The muscles of our small intestine mix food with digestive juices from the pancreas, liver, and intestine, and push the mixture forward for further digestion. The walls of the small intestine absorb water and the digested nutrients into our bloodstream. As peristalsis continues, the waste products of the digestive process move into the large intestine.
  6. Large intestine. Waste products from the digestive process include undigested parts of food, fluid, and older cells from the lining of your Gastro-Intestinal tract. Our large intestine absorbs water and changes the waste from liquid into stool. Peristalsis helps move the stool into our rectum.
  7. Rectum. The lower end of our large intestine, the rectum, stores stool until it pushes stool out of our anus.

Animals take the longest to fully digest (the proteins and fats they contain are complex molecules that take longer for our body to pull apart).

Opposingly, fruits and vegetables, which are high in fiber, generally move through our system in a few hours. High-fiber foods help our digestive track run more efficiently.

Basics of Health & Nutrition

As Human beings, our body requires forms of energy to provide ‘fuel’ for cellular metabolism/repair, organ functions, growth & body movement. Air, Water, Sun, Life-Force, and Food are the main energies that keeps our bodies alive and functioning optimally.

On top of that, our microflora (bacteria, fungi, viruses and other microbes that make up our microbial inner ecosystem) – impact our digestive tract, as well as :

  1. Behavior/Feelings – Our gut serves as our second brain. It produces the neurotransmitter serotonin, which have a positive influence on our mood and general well-being.
  2. Gene expression – A probiotic-rich diet can influence the activity of hundreds of our genes to help them express in a positive, disease-fighting way. This means our gut impacts our epigenetics (a field of medicine showing that our lifestyle impacts our genetic expression.)
10 minutes of information about how foods affect our overall well-being.

Let’s acknowledge that we are All Unique. What may be good for one, may be bad for another. Each individual has a unique biochemical makeup that will determine what is good & what is bad – what will be easily ingested/digested, & what will not be. It also depends on the Energy we spend a day, the nutrients and components that are already stored in our body, the absorption and digestive effort, which vary from person to person, etc.. – For the purpose of this article, let’s talk generally.

As Humans, in order to feel, heal, live optimally, our body needs : Vitamins, Fats, Carbohydrates, Fibers, Proteins, Minerals and of course, Water.

A vitamin is an organic compound and an essential micro-nutrient that our body needs in varying amounts. The essential vitamins are:

•    Vitamin A – for reproductive, eye and skin Health (found abundantly in : fish oils, sweet potatoes, carrots, leafy greens, broccoli, squash, milk and eggs ).
•    Vitamin C – for overall immune support & bone and muscle structure (fond abundantly in : citrus fruits such as orange, kiwi, lemon, grapefruit, and vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and capsicums).
•    Vitamin D – for cardiovascular, nervous health as well as bone growth (We naturally produce this Vitamin D when exposed to Sunlight. Also, found abundantly in : fatty fish, dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals, cheese, egg yolks).
•    Vitamin E – group of powerful antioxidants that protect our cells from oxidative stress. Essential for our body to function normally (found abundantly in :cooking oils, seeds/nuts like almonds, fatty fish, spinash, avocados,.. )
•    B vitamins – Vital for optimal brain development & function, as well as for optimal functions of our immune and nervous system (found abundantly in : whole grains (brown rice, barley, millet), animals (poultry, fish) eggs and dairy products (milk, cheese) legumes (beans, lentils) seeds and nuts (sunflower seeds, almonds) dark, leafy vegetables (broccoli, spinach) & fruits (citrus fruits, avocados, bananas).

There are various kinds of fat. Some are good – some are bad. Our bodies mainly use fat to protect our organs and to retain our body heat. Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat-soluble, meaning they depend on fat to be transported throughout our body. Of course, trans and saturated fat ingestion should be cut down, as these fats usually raise our cholesterol to unhealthy levels. Unsaturated fats, on the contrary, lower unhealthy cholesterol levels and offer many benefits for our Hearts. Examples of foods rich in unsaturated fats (be sure to get the best qualities available !) :

  • Avocados
  • Eggs (non-fried)
  • Pure Cacao / dark Chocolate
  • Soybeans
  • Flaxseed
  • Olives + it’s oil
  • Nuts/Seeds
  • Fish

Most people are burning carbohydrates as their primary source of energy. Whilst this is okay, burning healthy fats as our primal source of energy is Healthier. Why? – Carbs unfortunately does not burn as healthily as healthy fat; and produce much more free radicals (which damage important cellular structures, such as our mitochondrial DNA, cell membranes, and proteins like the mitochondrial electron transport chain.) So, the key would be to burn healthy fats (look section on fats for more details) so that our body will naturally transition to burn these instead of carbs – thus reduce our risk of chronic diseases.

Although our body does not need carbohydrates – (carbohydrates are not essential nutrients: our body can obtain all its energy from protein and fats. It is true that our brain cannot burn fat and needs glucose for energy, but our body can make this glucose from protein) – it is wise to still eat limited amounts of carbohydrates, as there are also valuable benefits from them : they are a source of energy (although not the best), they can prevent some diseases (thanks to the fibers generally, that can help for our digestion and to keep our cholesterol and heart diseases under control); and with them, we have more ability to control our weight (from increasing it to lowering it.)

Complex carbohydrates takes longer to break down and keeps us fuller for longer. Whole grains, vegetables, and fruits are all examples of healthy complex carbohydrates.

Others carbs (most common ones in nowadays diet) make up a large part of foods such as potatoes, pasta, bread, rice, noodles, and other grain-based products.

So, limit your amount of carbohydrates, but do not deprive yourself from them !

Ingesting optimal amounts of dietary fiber can help us maintain our weight, improve our blood sugar balance, support our immune system, clear obstructions found in our colon, and to control our gut issues (which are linked to our brain), therefore improving our cognitive functions.

There are two types of fiber:

Soluble fiber – they dissolves into a gel-like texture, helping to slow down our digestion and in the process, slows the rate at which nutrients are utilized. This helps us to feel full longer, which can help with weight control. They can be found in cucumbers, blueberries, beans, and nuts.

Insoluble fiber – they do not dissolve and can’t be digested at all (therefore are not a source of calories) and helps add bulk to our poo. This helps food to move through our digestive tract quicker for healthy elimination.
They also help in absorbing fluids and other byproducts to help “cleanse out” our colon – which will then be disposed as poo. They can be found in dark green leafy vegetables, green beans, celery, and carrots.

Many whole foods, especially veggies and fruits, naturally contain both soluble and insoluble fiber, both of which serve as excellent energy for the healthy microorganisms living in our guts – they also promote regular bowel movements and unblocks obstructions found in our colon.

Healthy foods with high amounts of fiber are : sweet potatoes, green peas,
Brussels sprouts, cauliflowers, artichokes, spinach, broccoli, and many other vegetables.

Proteins are complex organic compounds. It’s basic structure is a chain of amino acids. There are 20 amino acids, classified as essential or nonessential. Among them, nine are essential – which means we must get them from an outside source in order to maintain a healthy body and metabolism. Nonessential means that our bodies produce them naturally, so are not required in our diet.

Every cell in our Human body contains protein. They compose major parts of our skin, muscles, organs, and glands. Protein is also found in all body fluids, except bile and urine. They are essential for synthesis of our body tissues. They promote tissue growth, maintenance & repair. Collagen, hormones, enzymes, immune cells, DNA, RNA are composed of protein. Blood clotting, fluid regulation, & acid-base balance require protein. They also are a source of energy that can be used and stored for our brain and as for ‘general fuel’.

Complete proteins foods are : Animals, eggs, milk, and milk products. For vegetarians/vegans, complete proteins : Soybeans, Buckwheat – Chia – Hemp – Pumpkin – Squash Seeds, Quinoa, Spirulina contain all 9 essential amino acids and even more !

It is easy to get all of our amino acids so long as we eat a variety of foods : the amino acid lacking in one protein source will likely be present in another protein source. We can get all essential amino acids from eating various vegetables/legumes/seeds/grains. To take into account : the better the quality and way of Life the plants and animals lived, the more healthy energy and nutrients we can get from these – also, be sure to prepare them in ways that won’t destroy or damage these essential nutrients.

Disadvantages of an excess of protein diet :

Following a high-protein diet can increase risk of kidney damage. This is because of the excess nitrogen found in the amino acids that make up proteins. Our kidneys have to work harder to get rid of the extra nitrogen and waste products of protein metabolism. Depending on the source of protein, a high protein diet can increase the risk for coronary heart disease. (note : consuming more than 2 grams per kilogram of body weight each day is considered excessive – it also depends on the physical efforts.)

Calcium is a nutrient essential for the growth and maintenance of strong bones and teeth, nerve signaling, muscle contraction, and secretion of certain hormones and enzymes. Our bones are made of around 18% calcium. Thus, during infancy, childhood, and – for a pregnant mother – higher amounts of Calcium is needed. From adulthood onwards, only traces (minimal amounts) of calcium are needed. And, if there is a temporary deficit in the amount of calcium in our diet, our body will compensate from taking it from our storehouse in our bones. – Getting too much calcium
(hypercalcemia) can cause : constipation – abnormal heart and brain function – bone pain and muscle weakness – fatigue – high blood pressure – interference with the body’s ability to absorb iron and zinc and increases the risk of kidney stones. So, like everything else, in moderation !

Foods rich in calcium :
Nuts (Almonds,..) – Seeds (Chia,..) – Spinach – broccoli – tofu – plant and dairy milk – yogurt – cheese – leafy greens (Kale, ..) – most beans/lentils – clams – okra – certain fishes (trout, salmon, sardines) – acorn squash- …
Adding vitamin D to the diet increases the body’s ability to absorb calcium.

We Humans are made of around 70% Water. It is essential for our survival, cells nourishment and growth, as well as for waste removal and temperature regulation.
A few days without water can lead to serious illness and even death.

As we are composed of the food and water we drink, let’s get their purest forms (without pesticides, chemicals, etc).

Full details on Water, here. (molecular structure, different vibration impact, transformation through intentions, etc..)

A diverse, well prepared and healthy diet (Raw Fruits, Vegetables, proper
Sun exposure and if you feel, an occasional Animal for enhanced nutrition) is encouraged to supply our body with all these essential Nutrients. If you Feel that you may have a lack of any of these essential Human needs, try some supplements (Although natural is the best way to go). Of course, we are all unique, – so learn to feel what your body needs and what makes you feel Optimal – physically, mentally, spiritually.

Food Preparation

Whenever we can eat raw, natural foods, let’s do it ! Raw uncooked foods -particularly fruits and vegetables – contain live “sun energy” known as biophotons.

Biophotons contain important bio-information that control complex vital processes in our bodies. They help regulate those process to help maintain -and/or- elevate our physical body to a higher vibration. This then leads to a emotional feeling and physical state of well-being.

All living organisms emits bio-photons. The more bio-photons an organism emits, the greater its vitality and potential for absorption of energy for us. In other words – the more light an organism can store, the more energetically nutritious it is for us.

Whenever we cook or process food, we alter the shape and chemical composition of it’s valuable and sensitive micro-nutrients. For example, heating damages and can destroy these essential nutrients. This is one of the reasons why people who consume a highly processed food diet are prone to malnutrition or nutrient deficiencies.

On top of that, cooking food at high temperatures also produces unhealthy byproducts like thermolyzed casein and acrylamide, which are carcinogenic chemical compounds.

Eating Organic Fruits, Vegetables and Whole Grains (not processed/chemically/genetically modified) is the most natural way to Feel, Be and Remain Healthy.

Processed and unnatural Foods are packed with sodium, sugars, carbohydrates, chemicals and unhealthy fats – thus, they require more energy, more effort for our digestive system to process, digest and cleanse the excess toxins.

Optimal Healing, Empowering Food Preparations :

Fermented foods

Since Ancient Times, we Humans have used many preservation techniques to thrive. Fermented foods are full of probiotics (good bacterias). Fermentation enhances the nutrition content, promotes the growth and life cycle of good bacteria that makes the minerals in cultured foods more readily available to our body. These bacteria also produce vitamins and enzymes that are beneficial for digestion, and thus, the lifespan and flavour of the used ingredients enhance.

Almost any vegetable can be fermented, and fermenting farm-fresh produce is a great way to provide good nutrition year-round! Ferment one vegetable alone or create mix of many different kinds, along with herbs and spices, for a great variety of cultured foods.

They Enhance our natural variety of microflora that leads to many, healing and empowering benefits. Researches conclude that a healthy balance of good and bad bacteria in our guts promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. They can contain 100 times more probiotics than a supplement! More scientific reasons to prepare and ingest fermented foods :

Important nutrients – Some fermented foods are outstanding sources of essential nutrients

Balancing our immune system – Around 80 percent of our immune system is located in our gut. Probiotics play an important role in the development and operation of the mucosal immune system in our digestive tract, and aid in the production of antibodies to pathogens. This makes a healthy gut a key player for remaining in optimal health, as strong immune system is our top defense system against all diseases.

Detox –  The beneficial bacterias in fermented foods are highly powerful detoxifiers, capable of eliminating a wide range of toxins and heavy metals that we unfortunately are exposed to in modern times.

How To : There are many different ways.

What you need :

Clean, Sterilized Jar (ideally wide-mouth)

re-used glass jars are amazing too !

Pure, Clean Water (so that vegetables are not in contact with oxygen) with Good Quality Sea Salt (for preservation and prevention of bad bacteria). Mix Both, ratio should be around (30Cl water for 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt) – {Optional :Apple Cider Vinegar to regulate PH and for extra health benefits}.

All kinds of vegetables, and spices (preferably Raw, Unprocessed, Organic)

Steps and Basic Principles :

Lactic Acid bacteria is present in all vegetables. The key here is to create a perfect environment for the Lactic Acid to flourish while preventing bad bacteria to grow (those can lead to mold, food spoil). Lactic Acid Bacteria flourish in environment without any air (thus all fermented veggies should be submerged in water.)

  • Wash your vegetables thoroughly, and place them in a clean Jar.
  • Pour your Water+Salt_Vinegar Mixture into Jar. Keep your Veggies submerged in this Water+Salt+Vinegar.

Use your Creativity, Knowledge & Desires to Create your own Healing/Empowering Fermented Veggies !
  • Send good vibrations and intentions to your Jar and Preparation (Why? –>Check Masaru Emoto’s work and findings on how our environment energy/vibrations impact molecules of water). Then, store in a nice, moderate/cool energetic place (surrounded by crystals would be a plus !)
This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is dscf6075.jpg
  • Store jar away from direct sunlight, in a place with consistent temperature (preferably 15C – 25C) – (the colder, the more time it will take to ferment, the hotter, the more fast and uncontrollable the fermentation will be).
  • Check daily, and screw lid slightly tight. Open lid every few days – (gas forming needs to be released every 24-48 hours, or risk of gas buildup..)
  • Once the vegetables are finished culturing ( from a day to few weeks -depending on your taste and which fermentation used), store in cool place (ideally, fridge).

If mold start forming, it is recommended to verify all your jar for more mold. If there is more, throw it all. If mold appeared only on the surface, scrap it off, and you shall continue with the fermentation. (Note : If you want to play safe, throw it all.)

Sprouts – Seeds, Grains, Legumes :

My favorite foods to Sprouts. Buckwheat (1-3days) SoyBeans (1-3 days) Sunflower (2-4days) Barley (2-4 days) Kidney Beans (3-5days) Mung Beans (2-4days) Chick peas (2-5 days) !

Sprouting is igniting and enhancing the energy & nutritional values of various seed/grain/legume. It is done by soaking, and sprouting (creating an adequate environment for these to awaken and burst full of energy, nutrients, Life). In other words, sprouts are seeds that have germinated and are now in the first stage of growing into plants. Few days after sprouting, the sprouts will have the highest concentration and bio-availability of nutrients.

There are multiple health benefits of sprouts: improves our digestive process, boosts our metabolism, supports our immune system, increases enzymatic activity throughout our body, aids in weight control, helps prevent anemia, regulates blood pressure, protects against cancer, boosts skin health, improves eye-sight, increases our usable energy reserves, the list goes on. All of these benefits are due to the high content of vitamin, mineral, essential enzymes and organic compounds that most sprouts contain.

Sprouts also contain lower levels of anti-nutrients, including phytic acid (which locks up important minerals). Thus, our body has more energy to absorb all the nutritional content. Words of renowned nutritionist Sheela Sehrawat : “Sprouting increases the nutritive value of the ingredients and provides better digestion. The young sprouts have 10 to 100 times glucoraphanin which is an enzyme that protects the body from cancer causing agents. Further, it provides antioxidants and increases the activity of chlorophyll which helps in detoxifying your body by boosting the oxygen levels in the body.”

Sprouts contain high content of living enzymes (special types of proteins that act as catalysts for all our body’s needs. They help extract/absorb more vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids from the foods we ingest – studies prove that some sprouts may contain 100 times more enzymes than uncooked fruits and vegetables.)
Research shows that during the sprouting process, some sprouts nutritional content can increase by up to 20 times compared to the nutritional content of the same un-sprouted food.

Sprouts are cost-friendly, and easy to make. All one needs is patience and water !

Most common sprouts : Buckwheat, Soybeans, Sunflower Seeds, Mung beans, Barley, Kidney Beans, Chickpeas, Alfalfa. There are many more, and all of them have their own specific timings of soaking and sprouting.

How To :

  • Rinse the grains/beans/legumes properly
  • Place them in a bowl or a mason jar filled with double the amount of clean water (as these will absorb some of the water while sprouting.)
  • Keep the container at room temperature and let it sit for 3-72 hours depending on the type of sprouts
  • Drain the used water, and run fresh water through the sprouts.
  • Keep them dry in a bowl or jar and, every 4-12 hours, rinse them and drain them again. Repeat this process until you see shouts coming out of the bean/grain/legume (it can take 2-5 days to sprout).
  • Ingest and enjoy the benefits of Alive super-food !

To keep in mind :

Keep your hands, jars and sprouting space clean.

It’s healthier to sprout organic.

Best to ingest them within 4 days of sprouting and

repeat, or experience with new ingredients !

Also, alike most foods, much of the nutritive value of sprouts is lost when they are heated. To get the most of their benefits, they should be ingested raw with lots of saliva !

Nature’s Superfoods

Superfoods is a term given to foods that are (very) rich in common on rare nutrients, thus helping us to further improve our dietary needs and body’s optimal health.

Chia Seeds

Goji Berries – Origins : Himalayas, Asia. They’ve been called ”the most nutritionally dense food on Earth”. Lycium barbarum, aka goji berries, contain (proportionally) more vitamin C than oranges, more beta carotene than carrots and more iron than a steak. It is also a great source of B vitamins and antioxidants, and contains 15 amino acids. Goji berries has been used medicinally in China for centuries to improve blood circulation, strengthen the limbs, improve eyesight, protect the liver, increase libido and boost overall immune functions.

It’s dominant benefits is the detoxification from toxins, heavy metals, while boosting our immune system and skin health, helping with weight loss, lowers blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and inhibiting cancer growth. It’s also commonly used as a natural remedy for boosting overall energy and mental function.

Açai: Main origins : Amazon. Classified as a superfood, it contains a high amount of antioxidants, amino acids and essential fatty acids. It’s considered one of nature’s best offerings to combat premature aging thanks to its high monounsaturated oleic acid content. Oleic acid has various health benefits, such as strengthening our cell’s membrane integrity, helps to repair cells and tissues damage while improving heart and circulatory system. Many research proves that optimal, healthy Oleic acid helps in fighting cancer and inhibits the growth of cancerous cells.

It boosts memory power and optimizes the functions of the brain and neurological transmission.

Avocado: Superfood rich in “good” fats (mono saturated fats and omega-9 fats) as well as nutrients such as phytosterols and polyhydroxylated fatty alcohols (PFAs), which supports our inflammatory system, thus lowering the risk of illnesses caused by inflammation (like arthritis). Avocados are also high in oleic acid, which helps our bodies absorb nutrients, and high in vitamin B-6 and folic acid, which support our heart health. Plus, they’re a source of potassium, which enhances our muscle strength, metabolism, water balance, electrolytic functions, and our overall nervous system. It is the third most abundant mineral in the human body and is a powerful element in improving health.

Broccoli: They are a rich source of vitamin C,K , folic acid and carotenoids, which are packed with vitamin A and can protect our cells from the damage of free radicals, all while enhancing our immune system functions and improving our reproductive health. All these help our body to build strong bones and help in healing injuries. Science proves that broccoli can help prevent a number of cancers, particularly cancers of the lung, colon, rectum and stomach.

Sweet potatoes: They are healthy source of carotenoids, vitamin C, potassium and fiber. On top of being savory-sweet, they can dissipate our craving for starches, and – they are ranked among the highest nutritionally dense vegetables on the nutrition scale. Sweet potatoes can balance & stabilize blood sugar, making them a great choice for diabetics, and are relatively low in calories.

Blueberries: They contain a cancer-fighting ellagic acid, aka an antioxidant that has been proven in various researches to minimize the growth of some cancerous tumors. Blueberry extracts have also been tested to have anti-inflammatory properties and help prevent negative, infectious bacteria to cling to the walls of our gut, bladder and urethra.

Yogurt: Yogurt contains active cultures known as “friendly bacteria” that restore healthy balance in our digestive system. One of these bacteria cultures is Lactobacillus acidophilus, which positively populates our intestines, helping our to body fight off infection. Plus, it’s a rich source of calcium, potassium, riboflavin, magnesium and phosphate.

Lentils: They are an abundant source of protein as well as a great source of cholesterol-lowering fiber. They contain rich amounts of iron and B vitamins -and- are very filling, yet low in calories. Folate and magnesium also contribute to heart heath and improve the flow of blood, oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.

Beans: Beans are low in fat, contain soluble fiber and contain various, rich protein. Plus, they digest slowly due to their complex carbohydrates, which stabilizes blood sugar. Beans also contain an array of nutrients including antioxidants, and vitamins & minerals, such as copper, folate, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, potassium and zinc, all contributing to make us Feel and Live our greatest potential.

Kale: Rich source of beta carotene, iron and folate. It’s also a low-calorie, low-carb source of protein that is filled with fiber, which promotes efficient digestion as well as helps us feel full. A cup of cooked kale provides more than half the recommended daily recommended dose of vitamin C.

Eggs: Complete, nutritous food. One egg contains (on average) 75 calories, 7 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat and 1.5 grams of saturated fat, plus iron, vitamins and minerals. And the carotenoids in eggs, specifically lutein and zeaxanthin, may reduce the risk eye degeneration.

Wild salmon/sardine/mackerel/tuna: Rich source of omega-3 fats, ingesting these wild fishes may help reduce risks of heart related problems. They contain rich amounts of vitamin D and selenium for healthy hair, skin, nails and bones.
They also provides many other vitamins, such as B3 and B12, which promote our healthy metabolism.

Food, Nutrition Wisdom

Ayurveda principle : ”If your food is wrong, medicine is of no use. If your food is right, medicine is of no need”. Meaning : The Root cause of most disease are the energies we feed our Energy. We may take medicine to treat symptoms, but if the root cause is not treated, the illness will remain in a way or another. So, feed the right energies to your Energy, and you will be at your optimal Health – medicine won’t be needed.

Foods for brain performance : lecithin, choline and glutamic acid rich foods (fish, wheat, soya beans, gingko ,..)are proven to enhance our cognitive performance.

Energy Healing

Here, we will delve into the Realm of Energy Healing.

Since Ancient Times, Humans have developed natural, ritualistic, intuitive, psychic, shamanic ways of Healing. Nowadays, we can see a surge of Ancient Healing modalities being brought back up and practiced by thousands of People throughout our World – with of course – thousands -if not- millions of cases where Healing took place, and the ill person is now Living in Harmony and Wellness.

Our Body, Mind & Spirit are more powerful than we can imagine. We have the ability of self-healing (think of any scars we ever had !) and have the powers to enhance this healing through various practices.

There are many kinds and ways of Healing in this World, and simply by Healing one aspect of ourselves, we Heal All, through the raise of  Oneness Vibration (Inter-connectedness of all Things).

Thanks to modern technologies, we can now have a clearer and scientific approach on how Alternative Healing works; on a quantum, and subtle level.

Here are some Healing fundamentals :

-Energy follows thought.

-The principles of resonance and entrainment cause the area being Healed to change (heighten or lower) it’s vibration.

-Our Body and Energy have a natural intelligence to heal.

-Breathing amplifies Life-Force, as well as the energy amount one can take.

-Synergy is the effect of multiple healers working together. It can be beyond powerful.

-Healing can be done from a distance, instantaneously.

-Energy, is instantaneous. Infinitely faster than the speed of Light.

-Connecting with Higher Healing Entities can help in ways beyond comprehension.

-Intention transcends current emotional state.

-Realizing the Belief that miracles can happen, opens consciously and subconsciously windows for miracles to actually happen.

Since a few years now, I have been ‘’raising the vibrations’’ of friends, family members, and strangers.

I call myself a Healer -and I am -, but truly, for this instance, the sick person is their own Healer. We all are Healers.

Intentions, Visualizations, specific Breathing techniques and a Belief in oneself as Infinite and Connected to All – are keys to raise the vibration of ourselves, a place or another Living Being.

The techniques I use always differ depending the Being that feels like having their vibration raised.

Firstly, what I do, is create a space where the vibration is already high. I often use crystals and plants to form a grid and intentionally and energetically create a bubble of all colors of the spectrum, and call in Pure High energy to always cleanse and fill the bubble. Calling on elements, colors, nature spirits, and using my electro-magnetism (mostly Heart) and the principle of entrainment in order to raise the vibration of the person being Healed.

In order to always feel Energetic, I focus on myself first – I meditate and open myself to Universal Energies, all Colors, Elements – Earth Water Air Fire Spirit -, sometimes I ask for healing help (any healing entities, such as angels, to help me if they are willing too).

Then, I meditate, with the Being, we set our intentions and do visualizations and breathing techniques to calm and re-balance our bodies.

Then, I will lightly hypnotize by suggesting Being energizing and re-balancing affirmations, such as :

‘’From now on, each breath that you take, you will feel a sensation of wellness flowing through your body. And, as this sensation flows through you, you will feel your Energy Being opening and receiving Life-Force Energy. And, as you Feel this Energy entering you, you will consciously and subconsciously re-balance all aspects of yourself, from your body, to your emotions. As you re-balance yourself, you will go deeper and deeper into a state of energetic bliss.’’

Once I intuitively know that it is time, – depending on Being – I will either massage physically, or, touch them lightly with the intentions of creating a a energetic space of all colors, of pure energy, so that – if they are opened to receiving energy – they will receive, rejuvenate and balance themselves.

Basically, as breathing is a key to remaining energetic, I always breathe the way that feels the best for me – find your best way ! – while visualizing the Universe’s energy to flow through me, and from there, I create a force energetic field for the Being that wants their vibration raised. Only – and only if – the Being is opened to  receiving Energy, will they heal Themselves.

Sometimes, whether consciously or unconsciously, a person may not be ready to be Healed, there may be some emotional lessons they need to learn/understand/accept – or – there may be other factors beyond human comprehension.

Mudras can also be an energy amplifier. By positioning our hands and fingers in various ways, the energy we attract and give can be amplified greatly.

E.g : Prana Mudra : Position your index and middle fingers in a straight way, and fold your ring and pinky fingers, with your thumb maintaining them in a folded position. Now, bend your both elbows, parallel to each other, and hands pointing towards the sky. Feel the rush of Energy flowing through your fingers.

If you Feel that these techniques are not fitted for you (for whichever reasons) but that you still would love to raise the vibration of places or people, here is a list of various techniques to raise vibrations.

— The School where I was taught the Yogic way of Life,

— my Intuition and Energy,

— a special and powerful Being to me, which I consider as my Spiritual Mentor.

I recommend everyone that is truly interested in Healing (whichever kind it is) to do and Feel what feels right, and good for them.

Firstly, how do we define disease, illness? As everything physical vibrates, diseases and illnesses do, to. Put simply, a disease is a low-vibration physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual state.

By raising the vibration of that area -in any way- (atomically, thus energetically) it can enhance and bring on wellness.

Energy healing is a holistic way that balances the body’s subtle energy systems to remove energetic blockages. The body’s inherent ability to heal itself is then enhanced.

I am currently gathering more knowledge and info about Healing.

Raising Our Vibration – Self-Care

Simple Guides to Heal, Empower, Feel our self with small but effective Acts –

Raising our Vibration, makes us Feel more alive, in tune with who we Truly are as well as the Reality we live in. By raising our Energy, more synchronizations happen, we are drawn -and- attract the energies/people similar intentions. Also, our life purpose(s) gets clearer and we then naturally shift into this Heart-Brain-World-Universe coherence . By raising our Energy, we Heal, Empower, Feel our Inner & Outer World deeper, thus living our Full Potential.

Self-Care, is knowing what is good for us, and of course, consciously choosing to act in accordance to these in order to Live, Feel, Be the healthiest most energetic version of ourselves.

  • Walk Barefoot. Feel Earth with your skin. Invigorate your Energy and balance your Electro-magnetism with our Beautiful, Energetic Mama Earth. Be open to Earth’s Energy, allow it to Flow through your feet, up legs, pelvis, chest, arms, – all the way to the top of your head. Also, place both hands (ideally, all body parts !) on Earth. Feel Earth. Trust Earth.

  • Power of Mind – Use Visualizations, Imagination, Affirmations to Enhance your Conscious and Subconscious Mind ! MindMeditations

  • Going beyond Challenges – Yes, it is sometimes wise and easy to stay in our comfort zone, trying to avoid the harshness, lower situations of our World. But going beyond them, transmuting, learning, facing them can activate and unblock parts within us that are Truly Transcendental, Powerful.

  • Eat well – Skip processed, factory made food (big fast food chains, sweets, etc..) and prioritize Food that grew from Earth’s soil, with the help of our Suns Energy (Ideally, organic, pure and raw). Nutrition is one of keys to Wellbeing. Same for ”conventional” toothpaste containing many chemicals including high amounts of fluoride. Instead, create your own paste (super easy), create your own (many videos and tips online.)

  • Master your thoughts and Feelings. Try to Meditate at least once daily, set your own intentions and Heal, Empower, Feel yourself.

  • Purpose maintains our inner Flame, the Flame that feeds our motivation, our willpower, our desire to stay alive. Find your Purpose. Be your Purpose. Live your Purpose.

  • Move – Try to practice at least 15 minutes of body movements, everyday, so that all organs, tissues are rejuvenated with fresh blood and so that all nerves are stimulated. From push ups, to jogging, to dancing, there are so many movements to be felt, that are healing and empowering us.

  • Water, Oxygen and Sun are our purest, Sources of Energy. ——– Talk, to your water – (Why? Science proves that our intentions and electro-magnetism affect the molecules of water, for great or ill) So – be grateful of your Water (clean, pure, energized) , and drink plenty of it ! ——– Get your daily dose of Sun. Vitamins are essential for our wellbeing, and allowing our self, our skin to be in contact with sunlight, we naturally create Vitamin D. On top of that, remember – what makes most plants, Life grow on Earth? A combination of various elements, with Sunlight as a dominant one. ——- Breathe in ideal ways, ideally clean air. If you Live in a city, go to a park, hug, feel, breathe with a tree ! They love (to a certain extent) our carbon dioxide. And we Love their Oxygen ! Practice breathing techniques and find/create the one that you Feel makes you Feel amazing, your Ideal Self.

  • Connect with crystals. Once again, all that exists in our physical existence has their own frequency/vibration. Crystals, Minerals from Earth, have grown and developed though various means, and they all vibrate at frequencies that can attune us to Earth’s Frequency (grounding stones such as Hematite, Smoky Quartz, Lava Rock), or to Astral Frequency (Moldavite,..) whereas they come from meteorites from Space. – Of course, there are thousands of crystals, stones, all with unique amounts of minerals, atomic compositions. Feel and connect with the ones you Feel the most !

  • Rest – Take some time to rest physically, mentally, spiritually. Meditate, take naps, .. We rest/sleep for more than a quarter of our lifetime. Various factors determine the energy we will get from this rest. The position we sleep in is one of those factors. As we are all different, it is up to us which ways/position benefits us the most, but generally, our spine should be straight, slightly naturally curved, or in a sleeping/fetus position.

  • Express Creativity. We live in a World where logical reasoning dominates (most of) us. Creativity is one key factor to get to know ourselves, what lies in our conscious and subconscious. It is a way to Express our Feelings, emotions, a way to awaken the artist the we all are. A blank space has infinite ways to be Transformed into Art. Express your uniqueness through drawing, dancing, singing, .. Do what feels good and right !

  • Listen/Create Ideal, Healing, Empowering frequencies, sounds. Once again, as sounds are vibrations, they impact our inner and outer vibrations too. Pop-in your headphones and listen what makes you Feel ideal. Create sounds, through your voice, through instruments, sounds that make you Feel You, sounds that Heal, Empower you in any way !

  • Express your thoughts. Although not essential for survival, it is essential for self-expression and liberation. There are various ways to do so. Some people, friends, family members, will be open to hear you, with an open-heart. Others, not so much. Depending on what you express, if it’s going to make them feel good or bad ! If you’d rather not openly share your thoughts, it’s okay. One of the other ways is to write your thoughts and all that you feel like expressing. Write down what you love, what bothers you, your desires, your fears, what motivates you, what brings you down – what lies within your conscious and subconscious ! This can be revealing, healing and empowering. Record yourself, voice or video. Talk to yourself out loud/out low.

  • Smile. Yes ! The simple act of smiling activates neural messaging that benefits our Health and Happiness. Whenever we smile, we activate and use specific muscles and neural pathways. Consciously and subconsciously, this smile links us to release well-being hormones such as dopamine, endorphins and serotonin. Thus, it enhances our feeling of well-being, reduces stress – and ultimately, has the potential to enhance our lifespan. Current research (and common sense) prove to us that a smile is indeed contagious to those open to it. On top of giving those around us a chance of smiling back and feeling good, Smiling makes us look relaxed, sincere, happy. Thanks to these, we can/will attract and uplift the right people. So, yes – Smiling, does change our internal and external experiences of Life for the better !

  • Gratitude, and Inner Smile. Do you want to be Alive? Or would you rather be dead? If you want to Live, and are Alive, than you should be Grateful of simply Living. Smile from your Heart and feel your energy opening up, your connection to the Universe and World getting harmonious.
  • Massage yourself – Whenever your hands or feet (or any part of your body !) are available, gently massage them. As all parts of our body are connected in a way or another, massaging one area can relieve tension in another ! Reflexology, Meridians can guide us deeper into this knowledge.

  • Hugs ! Yes, Hugging promotes the creation & release of ”feel-good” hormones such as dopamine, serotonin, endorphins. Whether it be a living being, such as your pet, friend, family, lover – or – a tree, a teddy bear, the effects will still be be healing & empowering, with slightly different results of course. Hugging Trees can ground us deeper with Earth Energy, while Hugging our Loved Ones can broaden our feelings of Heart Connection.

  • Sounds – Whenever sleeping, resting, studying, or when you Feel like – Listen to the right frequencies, sounds – only You know what is god for you ! However, modern science now proves that we can activate certain areas of our brain, release specific (well being) hormones through the power of sounds, binaural beats. Listen, Feel them 😉

  • By Giving, we receive. By healing, we get healed. By Empowering, we get empowered. Donate charity-wise with good intentions, open-heart, compliment your friends and family, strangers,.. By discovering the best in others, we discover the best in ourselves.

  • Sun-gazing, means gazing at our Sun during the safe hours (within first hour after sunrise or the last hour before sunset when the sun’s rays are most gentle, UV is zero or very less) to make sure no damage takes place. There are many, many benefits to this practice :
Stimulates our Pineal Gland, enhances our cognitive functions. Boosts production of serotonin and melatonin (the feel-good hormones) while Increasing energy levels and opening energy pathways within us.

  • The most important one of course – Do, Feel your Passion ! What is your Talent? What activity sparks your Heart, makes you smile, alive, energetic? Doing, Feeling what we Love raises our vibration exponentially.

  • Self-Healing through Pleasure : In Today’s society, we tend to do what others do, blocking away our true Passions and Aspirations. Let’s move, do, express what brings Joy to Us !

  • Self-Massage/Tapping in Shower – Shower is a great way to Rejuvenate, Cleanse ourselves – Physically and Energetically. By tapping, massaging ourselves while in the shower, we release further tensions, toxins, low vibrations Energy !

  • Affirmations : Tell yourself your Beauty. Feel yourself Humble, Powerful, all the qualities you would like to embody.

  • Laugh – watch a funny movie, read funny jokes, go to comedies etc

  • Stimulate, enhance brain – read books, learn new things, languages.

  • Connect with Nature, Elements – We are Connected to All around us, all that Exists, and of course – all of Nature and it’s elements ! Let’s stare at the magic of a flame, let’s feel water, let’s ground with Earth, let’s liberate ourselves and Feel Air caressing us.

  • Spend time with those you Love. Know, Feel who are the ones that uplift you, give you Energy. Also, Know the ones that drain you, suck away your Energy. Once you know, it is your choice to connect, or avoid them !

  • Past and Future Experiences : Whenever you think, re-live your past or mentally create your future – Know what gives you motivation, what makes you Feel Good. And what drains you, what makes you Feel bad.
  • Past experiences : Are there any moments that you look back at and Feel give you Hope, Joy? Yes – Which ones? Opposingly, are there moments that make you regret, bring Fear to you? Yes – Which ones? let’s delve into them and try to grasp the deeper meaning, lesson, symbolism. By modifying our perception on these, we change the way we react to them.
  • Future experiences : Do you often visualize the future, what may come, what you Fear, what you Want to happen? Yes – which are the ones that you want to Live? Which are the ones you are trying to avoid?

Ultimately, Life is about Balance. Although it is wise to make healthy, healing & empowering choices, Life is also meant to be lied, enjoyed. From times to times, if you Truly Feel like, it can be extremely healing to Indulge, whether it be in food, or any other feel good elements. The key is simply to not abuse, not overdo of anything, to know our balance. That is why, one of my philosophy is :

”I do not have any restrictions – rather – I Live from my Heart, trying my best to be aware of all thoughts, actions, and consequences that my daily actions impact.”

We are all Unique. Let’s connect with ourSelf and listen, act what we know is best for us, no matter the judgement of others.

Share with us what you think raise’s our Energy !

Purify – Detoxification -Fasting

Some parts of our World has beautiful Nature, clean air, water, food. And some parts has the opposite : Pollution, contamination, poisons – unfortunately, most of us live in areas, cities, where the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, contain chemicals, toxins and are unnatural.

Yes, we humans are powerful and are our own source of wellness. Yes, our body is intelligent enough to be able to protect, defend, cleanse, purify, heal itself – only if we listen to it, and if we do the necessary to boost our own immune system and healing responses.

Thanks to Ancient Knowledge, and thanks to Modern Technologies, we can now understand and go deeper into detoxing process. Our body gets -and- also eliminates toxins through our kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymphatic system, and skin.  There are various internal cleansing practices that will heal and empower us, physically, mentally and spiritually. The main ones are : Fasting – Exercising – Enema – Sauna. Although practicing these techniques once, can clean up days, months, even years of built-up toxins and unhealthy components, it is wise to live a lifestyle which involves all of these – proper nutrition, physical exercises, rest and cleansing practices.

As our gut is directly linked to our brain, it is wise to take care of it in optimal ways. Even if we take supplements, eat good & nutritious food – but have a clogged and unhealthy gut, we won’t be able to absorb the full nutrients and benefits of these.

So, the key is to get to the root – our lifestyle.

1st STEP : Stop taking in poison.

Let’s stop ingesting, using and putting on ”poison” which are most commonly :

  1. unhealthy, unnatural, chemically grown, processed foods (before buying foods, pharmaceuticals, read their ingredients. If the product has ingredients you can’t pronounce or haven’t heard of, you might be better either checking on the web it’s benefits/downsides – or even, don’t buying it. )
  2. ”feel-good” poisons such as alcohol, cigarettes, refined sugars, saturated fats.
  3. pharmaceuticals/chemical-based health care products (creams, shampoo, deodorants, and toothpastes), and chemical household cleaners.

All these poisons enter us through various ways, such as breath, skin, foods, etc – all those act as toxins in our body and are obstacles to our healing process. So, let’s remove or switch to natural alternative.

2nd STEP : Cleansing ourselves internally & externally – Within our body -&- outside our environment.

Let’s Cleanse, detoxify ourselves through various means :

  1. Let’s Breathe optimally so that oxygen circulates more effectively through our system, thus helping in purification process.
  2. Drink plenty of clean, pure water to help flushing out toxins !
  3. Eat plenty of fiber, such as brown rice, fresh fruits and vegetables (ideally, organic !). Beets, radishes, artichokes, spirulina, chlorella cabbage, broccoli, , and seaweed are excellent detoxifying foods. Activated charcoal is one of the best cleanser (Charcoal binds to chemicals whose molecules have positive charges, such as aflatoxin, mycotoxins, BPA, and common pesticides. We then get rid of them through poop. Bad aspect : can flush our essential minerals and nutrients too !).
  4. Cleanse and protect our liver by ingesting/drinking purifying herbs, plants, foods with detox & anti-oxidants properties, such as dandelion root, turmeric, burdock, chlorella, milk thistle, green tea, blueberries,..
  5. Optimize our vitamin C, which helps our to body produce glutathione, a liver compound that promotes flushing away toxins.
  6. Transmute stress by focusing on positivity.
  7. Practice hydrotherapy (healing properties based on it’s opposite thermal effects. It makes use of the body’s reaction to hot and cold stimuli. It can include hot water and cold water, each of which has a different effect on the body).
  8. Allow toxins to flush through sweating – physical exercises ( on top of perspiration, exercise increases lipolysis (the breakdown of fat tissue), releasing toxins stored in our fat tissues ). sauna/hamam are amazing ways to sweat out toxins.
  9. Intermittent-Fasting / Complete Fast.
  10. Move Energy through meditation, visualization, subtle healing techniques.
  11. Cleanse our home, environment, and aura – through smudging (Sage, Palo Santo, Healthy incenses)
  12. Protect our subtle energy (which is directly connected to our physical energy) thanks to crystals, symbols,..

3rd STEP : enhance our defense mechanism, strengthen our immune system, promote our healing responses.

  1. Enhance our gut flora – through healthy bacteria – probiotics, right foods, right nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, etc..
  2. Fitness – physical exercise helps us maintain healthy cells, tissues, organs, hormones secretions, etc..
  3. Rest physically, mentally, internally (digestive system needs rest too !)
  4. Get optimal sunlight.
  5. Keep stress under control – although it is common and normal to be in stressful situations, stress triggers our body to release stress hormones into our system. While these hormones can provide “adrenaline rush” to win a race or meet a deadline, they also slow down the detoxification enzymes in our liver. Meditation ,Yoga & Qigong (and much more) are simple and effective ways to relieve stress and to re-pattern our conscious and subconscious reactions so that the inevitable stress of Life will be handled in optimal ways.
  6. Play with ”dirt” ! Many studies prove that being in contact with harmful bacteria can help us strengthen our immune system.

Once all of these steps have been done, you should feel healthier overall.

  • Stronger and more balanced physically (externally and internally).
  • Cognitive functions enhanced : clear-headed, feeling of confidence, improved focus and memory skills.
  • Less -and even- Absence of illnesses/inflammations.
  • Feeling of well being, thanks to optimal hormonal release, optimal nutrients absorption,..

Cleansing, healing, empowerment, defense & immunity, like said above, come are developed through various means. Detox, Fasting

One of the best videos I know about detoxifying our body and fasting !

Fasting has been practiced since the dawn of Humanity, voluntarily, or involuntarily, for many reasons – physical, emotional, survival, spiritual.

The beauty of fasting is that there are many ways to do it, depending on our intention, the outcome we desire and our overall Life.

Science & Processes of fasting :

In order to survive physically,\, our body & cells needs : Water, Light, Oxygen, Life-Force (Qi) and nutrients.

By fasting:

-We strengthen and develop our receptivity to others sources of Energy :
Water, Light, Oxygen, Life-Force (Qi).

-We cut the main energy supply to cells, bacteria, viruses, thus promoting their switch to survival-mode, or – death. This can lead us to cleanse all kinds of living systems in us (good/bad), but of course, there are limits to what we, physical humans, can endure. Process : our cells, -the weak ones- will die first, and the healthy and strong ones may die – or survive. The key here is to eliminate the old, damaged cells, while maintaining the strong cells (through fasting, our body goes to survival mode, where it recycles nutrients, cleanses waste & toxins (autophagy), uses forms of energy that we store/absorb/create naturally to remain itself alive)- so that when these strong cells receive these essentials again – they will become even healthier and stronger then they were before this process. This allows us to cleanse, and boost our immune system for our optimal health.

I believe we should all follow our body’s call, and fast the way & length we feel is adequate for us.

Through History, Religions, Beliefs & Way of Life, we can see many intentions of fasting :

  • Controlling desires
  • Cleanse and Rejuvenate our immune system.
  • Enhance our Connection to our Eternal Source of Energy (God, Life-Force)
  • Empathy : helps us to empathize with the less fortunate.
  • Allow our Energy to focus on others areas of Health & Awareness instead of digestion.

Health Benefits :

  • Cuts off main energy source of cells, bacteria, viruses
  • Recycles all fats, nutrients, .. we have stored
  • Cleanses, recycles old, weak damaged cells
  • Normalizing ghrelin levels, also known as “the hunger hormone”
  • Promoting human growth hormone (HGH) production
  • Enhanced cognitive functions : Promotes production of a protein called ”brain-derived neurotrophic factor” (BDNF), which activates brain stem cells to convert into new neurons, while stimulating various other chemicals that promote neural health
  • Reducing oxidative stress
  • Reduces our risk of chronic disease.
  • We allow our digestive system to rest.

Spirituality :

Spirituality : After years of research Dr. Paul Webb and his team published the groundbreaking results of their studies on the human energy balance in the renowned American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Dr. Webb´s work not only exposes the flaws of the Calorie Theory, but implicates that the human body receives energy from an unknown source – “unmeasured energy” – energy from nothing…

And: “The greater the food deficit, the larger was the unmeasured energy”.

Since 1998 mainstream science accepts that only 4.9 percent of the known universe consist of ordinary energy and matter. 26.8 percent consist of Dark Matter and an incredible 68.3 percent consist of Dark Energy. Dark Energy is an invisible and undetectable energy that permeates the whole cosmos and so all our cells. Is it possibly connected to the “unmeasurable energy” that also sustains our body ?

Fasting Methods :

Complete Fast : No liquids, no Solids

Intermittent Fasting : Creating a time window to eat, to fast (generally 8 hours window period to ingest & eat, 14 hours window to digest & rest)

Breatharian Way :

Developing and strengthening our Receptivity to other sources of Energy (mostly cosmic, air and water ) – It’s not about never eating food again, it’s about understanding and energizing our self with cosmic nourishment.

The breatharian concept and an amazing author named Arnold Ehret created a theory that we are “air-gas” machines and we get our energy from the air and the various gases within it and very little from solid foods.

Tips & Suggestions :

Few days, hours prior to – and after- fasting, it is wise to eat a ”fruit and vegetable diet”.

Prior and after the fast are important too. What we have in our body when we go into a fast and what we give our body once we break our fast are essential.

Wisdom & Beliefs :

“Everyone has a physician inside him or her; we just have to help it in its work. The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well. Our food should be our medicine. Our medicine should be our food. But to eat when you are sick is to feed your sickness.” – Hippocrates

“Fasting is the first principle of medicine; fast and see the strength of the spirit reveal itself.” – Rumi“

Everyone has a doctor in him; we just have to help him in his work. The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well. …to eat when you are sick, is to feed your sickness.” – Hippocrates

“Fasting is the greatest remedy, the physician within.”- Philippus Paracelsus, one of the three fathers of Western medicine

“Fasting will bring spiritual rebirth to those of you who cleanse and purify your bodies. The light of the world will illuminate within you when you fast and purify yourself. What the eyes are for the outer world, fasts are for the inner.” – Mahatma Gandhi

The body’s wondrous ability to autolyze (or self-digest) and destroy needless tissue such as fat, tumors, blood vessel plaque, and other nonessential and diseased tissues, while conserving essential tissues, gives the fast the ability to restore physiologic youth to the system. By removing or lessening the burden of diseased tissue, including the fatty tissue narrowing the blood vessels, fasting increases the blood flow and subsequent oxygenation and nutrient delivery to vital organs throughout the body- Joel Fuhrman, M.D

“Instead of using medicine, rather, fast a day.”
                                               – Plutarch

Shatkarma (Six Actions/Purifying Practices)

The intention of Shatkarma is to cleanse (excess of external poisons, toxins) and balance (physically, mentally, spiritually) our whole physical system.

  1. Neti : Process of cleansing and purifying the nasal passages
  2. Dhauti : Cleansing of intestines – activating the digestive fire – cleansing stomach with water – cleansing intestines with air
  3. Nauli : Method of massaging and and strengthening our abdominal tissues and organs.
  4. Basti : Techniques for washing and toning our large intestines
  5. Kapalbhati : Breathing technique to purify the frontal region of our brain
  6. Trataka : Meditation Practice of intense gazing at one point to develop our cognitive and psychic powers.

  • Jala Neti (Nasal Cleansing with Water & Neti Lota – Pot)

The intention in this cleansing technique is to cleanse our nasal pathways.

  1. Get Pure, Clean Water (1L should enough) heated to body temperature (around 40 Dcelsius) and mix it in 2 tablespoon of salt (to minimize irritation to our muccus membrane).
  2. Pour Water/Salt solution in the Neti Pot (or tea pot, as long as it’s clean and the material is not contaminant, – and nozzle fits nostrils so that no water gets out while pouring into nostrils )
  3. Stand up, lean forward and tilt your head to one side. Breathe through mouth while pouring in solution.
  4. Half way through the water solution, center your head and let water run out from nose. Gently blow and mucus out.
  5. Tilt your head to the opposite side, and repeat instructions.

Essential : Dry your nostrils by breathing in and out in quickly and forcefully, starting from one side to the other, and then when your head in centered. This needs to be done as water might have been trapped in sinus cavities.

Effects :

  • Removes Mucus and toxins from nasal passages and sinus, allowing air to flow freely thus breathing optimally.
  • Makes our head feel light and fresh.
  • Stimulates nerve endings in our nose, improving our smell.
  • Balancing both nostrils, with the corresponding brain hemispheres
  • Awakens and balances third eye chakra, Ajna.

Note :

  • There are many variations to this practice, up to you to try and feel them !

  • Laghoo Shankhaprakshalana (short intestinal wash)

The intention in this cleansing technique is to cleanse our intestines.

  1. Prepare 2/3 liters of body temperature Water mixed with Salt (ratio 2 teaspoon salt per liter of water)
  2. Quickly drink 60cl – 1l of the solution.
  3. Perform the next Asanas 8 times each :
  • Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
  • Tiryaka Tadasana (Swaying Palm Tree Pose )
  • Kati Chakrasana (Standing Spinal Twist Pose)
  • Tiryaka Bhujangasana (Twisting Cobra Pose)
  • Udarakarshanasana (Belly Section Pose)

4. Once completed, drink once again 60cl-1 L of the solution.

5. Second Round : Repeat/Perform the same 5 Asanas 8 times each

6. After completing second cycle, drink once more 60cl-1L

7. Repeat/perform for the third and last time the 5 Asanas, 8 times each.

Note :

  • Practice this cleansing practice in the morning, before drinking or ingesting anything.
  • Ingest a light semi-liquid meal the previous evening.
  • Takes around 1-2 hours
  • Rest and wait 30min – 1 hour before ingesting anything.

Effects :

  • Encourages normal functioning and movements of our intestines.
  • Flushes out kidneys, intestines – removes excess waste and toxins.

TTK Solution

Vaman Dhauti (Regurgitative Cleansing)

Enema is flushing, detoxing our intestines by inserting liquid through our rectum. It flushes out toxins, bacterias, congested foods, stool (feces) that has built up in our bowels. This process helps to cleanse our digestive tracts.

Tips :

Water and Salt Enemas are advised when beginning.

Do only when you know is needed.

Before and after, drink plenty of fluids, eat liquid foods.

Once you are ready to go further, feel free to check on other liquids that help flush our body.
